I printed the base card onto 300gms card to give good stability and the decoupage onto glossy photo paper,I cut out all the elements scored and folded the base then added the decoupage with thin foam pads,I used white embriodery thead for the strings on the balloons.The matching envelope I printed onto 160gms paper scored and folded and secured with dst.Makes a lovely keepsake for the birth of a baby girl.
