I printed off on to 250gsm white card after printing the background on the reverse. I fixed the back to the front as per instructions and assembled the decoupage with foam pads.
I added a little glitter to highlight the roses and the gold on the hat and finished off with a pink gem.
I assembled the envelope as per usual. this is a very pretty card.
