Scalloped S Edged Card - Girl in GardenCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the card parts on very smooth card, envelope and insert on 120g. paper and cut it all out. The envelope was easily made by scoring,folding and attaching the tabs to the back section with DST. the card and insert were scored and folded.The decoupage was attached with foam pads.

A pretty silky multicolour thread was passed round the spine and a bow tied before adding the insert with DST. To decorate,I added quite a bit of glitter to the bluebird, flowers, tree,petticoats, pinny, sun and dog collar as the card is for a little girl who loves it! I added oval pink pearls to the scallops,a tiny ladybird to the fence and gold peel-off letters to read "Grace"(my great-niece) across the hat brim.

I love this cute and pretty faux scalloped edge card. It's quite easy to do and looks so effective when completed. Sure to be loved by all little girls! Thankyou.
