Printed the card and decoupage on matte photo paper and the ruffle and envelope on lighter-weight paper.

I assembled the card according to the included tutorial, then embellished with a bit of glitter on the left and right cupcakes and the pompom and border of the party hat, and Dimensional ModPodge on the cherry and the pink icing on the middle cupcake.
