I printed everything on matte photo paper except the sheet with the pyramage/decoupage, which was printed on semi-gloss paper.

Also, I printed the backing paper separately since my photo paper is a bit lightweight and I wanted to back the spring mechanisms and the main floral images with a second sheet to make them sturdier-the card is "springier" with a heavier paper (I rough cut the items and used a glue stick to attach them to the backing, let them dry well, then cut them out).

I assembled the card as in the tutorial, but used silicone gel for the pyramage.

The matching envelope was assembled with dst and also to close the card base (so it doesn't open-there is a message panel on the underside.) I added the word BABY, two tiny rosebud bows, and a pink ruffled ribbon border.

So adorable!!
