This is a diamond fold card. There are some similar cards on the Craftsuprint website which have a CUP TV episode showing how to make them. I want to point out that my cards are made a little bit differently to these other cards and I have included written instructions in the kit, which also have photographs. The kit includes a main card body, a sheet of decoupage and two envelope pieces.
This card has a lilac and white background (which is a bit deeper than shown on the photo), with turquoise leaves and flowers with gem centres. The flowers can be decoupaged.

Printed card base and envelope onto white card stock and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I siliconed the layers and finished of with some jewels on the flower centres.
