I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper. I printed the back on paper as Robyn suggested, making it easier for folding. I cut, scored and folded following the very easy instructions. The card goes into shape very easily after you have scored it and folded.

I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments to the inside of the card. I very impressive card, love it.
