Pansy Fan Aperture KitCompleted by Raelene Power
OccasionThank you Tina Fitch for such a wonderful card design. It was truly a delight to make.
I printed pages on bright white paper, cut out the pieces. To add detail I cut along the line separating the two fans on the main card base. Then I glued the card base to cardstock being careful not to adhere the second fan. It is easier to cut out the white background in the window frame above and below the fan at this point.
The fan decoupage piece was cut to the size I wanted. As the fan was to sit over the greeting I attached the greeting before positioning the third layer of fan. Both the second and third layers of fan were raised with foam tabs along the top edges. At this point I used purple glitter to highlight all the top edges fans and the sides. Before adding the pansies with foam tabs to the bottom of the fan, I did some shaping then used a purple glitter pen to make the pansies stand out.
