Kit 4 Vintage Roses Toppers & InsertCompleted by Debbie Knechtel
OccasionFloral / Floral Roses
I printed the design twice. I cut out all elements on one sheet and used the other for layering elements. I layered decoupage with foam tape. I mounted on a rose paper mat and then a dark green card front.
I added gold peel offs, gold pearls and diamond glitter to accent design.
