I Printed this kit out onto decoupage paper then i mounted the stand to a firm card, scored down the center, and folded inwards, then assembled the fan ,and built up the decoupage added a sea foam coloured tassel, then some teardrop blue gem to the center of the fan and around the fan, stuck on three blue bows with a small clear gem in their center,i then cut out and glued together the envelope.
