I printed the sheets onto super smooth card and cut out the elements. If you want the back of the fan to be pattered you need to turn the sheets with the fan elements on over and print the backing paper on the reverse.

I stuck the fan pieces together using narrow ds tape. You may find you do not need all the fan blades, depending on where you stick the parts together. I glued bows to alternate blades of the fan and added a bow to the bottom.

I cut out the "eye" embellishmnets and shaped them with an embossing tool to make them bevilled before sticking these to alternate blades.

This creates an unusual but effective card.
