I printed all the sheets onto matt inkjet card. I cut out all the fan & stand pieces and glued them together using a glue stick.

I poped a hole in the bottom of each fan piece and using a brad attached them, I used one of the circles to cover the back of the brad.

I made up the gift card and added the decoupage and added the Happy Birthday greeting. This was great to make and the fan actually works really well.
