print 3 copies of the main picture and 1 decoupage sheet. Cut the main picture from one, the figure of the girl (minus her legs) from another and just the dress (no wings) from the third.

Cut sliver mirri board slightly larger than the main picture and stick the picture to it. Assemble all the decoupage pieces with foam pads. Add glitter glue to the flowers on her dress, the ornate detail above the mirror, the brads and dot over all the ribbons.
