After printing out all the sheets on the various mediums as per the easy read instructions, I cut out all the elements. For the front topper I added all the decourpage elements with foam tape and mounted the whole base topper onto an 8x8 Crafty Bob's Cream Card base with DST, and added the Happy Engagement to the front top centre with foam tape.

On the inside, once again following the instructions, I made the pop out and mounted the inside base to the card with DST. Then added the pop-out and added the sentiment tab at the centre bottom with DST.

To give it a finishing touch and fill the gaps left at the top and bottom of the card I used a die-cut lace border cut from gold cardboard.

I had previously made this card on a blue smaller card base and it turned out equally as well, with similar placement of the sentiments but also added to the front - matching blue punched small hearts, 3 on each side on the base topper octogon vertically beside the swirl decoration. The result, it looks great and not very difficult at all. Give it a go.
