Printed card sheets onto super smooth decoupage paper. Insert onto 120gsm paper. Followed the instructions for folding then insert. Attached insert section to card inside using DST then attached folded insert also using DST. Mounted topper onto card front using DST then assembled decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
