An octagonal exploding box card in blue water effect backing paper. The outer box flaps each have an fishing scene and a large fish image. The inside of those flaps has a large fish.
The flaps of the middle layer have a lighter shade of blue water effect backing paper and each has a letter to spell out the word 'FISHING'.
The one remaining flap has a heart instead of a letter. The top inner layer flaps each have an image of a fish along with a fishing rod. The centre has a large fish with decoupage layers to give it depth.
The lid has a stand-up image of a fisherman and a boat. The inside of the lid has a faded fish image and the sentiment 'May your birthday be a day of calm waters, successful casts and fish that practically beg to be caught.
Happy Birthday'. An optional inside of the lid is the same one without the sentiment.
