Print off and cut out. Each insert comes in 3 different sizes. I started by decoupaging all the squares and added ink around the edges. And scoring all the relevant edges.

After doing that I then assembled them by starting with the larger one then ending up with the smaller one in the centre.

I added abit of peel-off on the top to finish it off.
