An octagonal exploding box card in beige with brown & green leather patterned backing paper. There are three layers to the box. The first (outer) layer has a lighter shade of beige backing paper on the flaps.

The middle layer is light beige with brown borders and a large brown & green leather embellishment on the flaps. The smallest layer has the same embellishment as the middle and various images on each flap.

The centre of the smallest layer has green balloon clusters around a stand-up age in the same backing paper as the box. Ages included are: 13, 14 & 15. The lid has a stand-up image of the balloon cluster with the sentiment 'Happy Birthday' in brown & beige text.
