I printed the card on extra white cardstock. I cut out all the elements. Then I assembled the card as the tutorial says. But you can watch the Cup TV, Lisa shows you how to do, and it is perfect for me.
I attached the decoupage to finish the card with foam pad and made the envelope. This card is so easy to do and is a very impressive card. Fabulous design.
