I printed off the topper sheet and the card base. I then put the card base sheet back into the printer ans printed thebacking paper onto the reverse side. I then layered up the decoupage on the topper using foam pads.

I folded the base along the dotted lines, and then attached the topper using several strips of double sided tape.

Finally I added the stopper strip and sentiment with foam pads
