Armchair Easel - Baby Girl with Puppy
A new type of easel card with the easel being in the shape of an armchair! The arms of the chair and the seat are layered to give the chair a three dimensional look and the animal or person sitting on the chair is also decoupaged. There is a footstool - some have messages, some don't. On the back of the easel is a back panel with a blank oval for your greeting and signature. Each card also has a matching envelope.
There is scope for you to add your own touches - like antimacassars and cushions!
The kit contains the main base card, 2 pages of decoupage and 2 sheets for the envelope; as well as a preview image.
Please check out my whole range of Armchair Easel Cards.
(Please note the text shown on the footstool in the preview is a peel-off. There is no text on the footstool in the kit).

Printed on C.B's matte paper, the envelope on 160g paper and cut out. The envelope was made as explained in the nice clear CUP tutorial. I scored and folded the base, added the greeting panel to the back with DST and some extra pink card cut to size, to the base for extra strength. I layered the decoupage with foam tabs, attached to the chair back and this to the base card. I added lace to the cushion then glued the chair arms with foam pads. I backed the the stopper/stool with pink card and covered with lace. Pink card candi was glued together to raise the stopper/stool and glued to the card base.Glossy accents was added to puppy details, pink stickles to bow and bib and tiny pink gems to the chair back and stool. I finished this lovely babygirl armchair card with gold letters "welcome" and baby's name "Grace Olivia", hearts and 2 tiny pink and gold organza bows. ( I now have 2 great nieces called Grace! This is for the newest addition.) I love this card . It looks so cute and has that WOW factor for the recipient!
I've now downloaded 2 more in this series!! Thankyou Sheila.
