I printed the image onto card, cutting and folding as the designer indicated. I made up the decoupage element with gel glue and fixed this to the front panel. I stuck the tag with foam tape and then added the recipients name.

To complete I used a camera peel off which I put on white card, coloured and cut out and then adhered to the base with gel glue.
