I printed this out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I assembled the topper by placing all the decoupage pieces on it using foam pads. I scored and folded the easel base as indicated. Using d/s tape I attached the topper to the easel base.

I then attached the two stopper pieces firstly using d/s tape and then foam pads for the sentiment. I printed out the envelope pieces onto white paper, scored and folded where indicated and stuck together using d/s tape.

You will find 2 pieces remaining which can be used if you wish to make a different variation of the card.
