I printed and cut out all the elements,scored and folded the base then added the decoupage with thin foam pads,I finished with a small pom pom to the hat,such a cute design will make a wonderful keepsake.
Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I assembled the easel using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I then placed the blank stopper on the back of the easel to use for a message.
A very cute card and easy to make.
