Blue Floral and Butterfly Easel KitCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the base design onto white card then fed it back through the printer so that the design was on both sides.

I printed the remainder of the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.

I scored and folded the easel following the easy instructions. I added the panel to the easel using double sided tape. I added the stopper using thin foam tape. This supports the easel when opened. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added a blob of silicone glue under the wings of the butterflies to give more definition.

I added glitter to the butterflies and to the centre of the pansies. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape. As always Tanya gives you lots of extras with her designs. I made two small gift cards and two gift tags to go with the design. I added one of the greetings to the stopper using thin foam tape.

This is a beautiful design with lots of depth to it.
