Printed on matte photo paper with an extra copy of the sheet with the panels and decoupage. Used the instructions on the sheet to score, fold and/or cut the base where shown.

Used silicone gel to attach the stopper/sentiment, dst to add the three panels to the folded supports, then built layers of decoupage (with some extra from the added sheet I printed) with silicone gel.

Trimmed the base with gold Dazzle borders, added Diamond Stickles glitter to the sentiment letters, the flower centers, and the bell clappers.

Made a separate enclosure card for a message with the extra bell panel and some ribbon decoupage, then put the envelope together with strong dst.

Finished the card with a light spray of Gold Glitter Dust. Note: the paper I used was rather lightweight, which is why I used extra decoupage to weight the panels so they would stand in place nicely.
