Joyful Days Open Book Easel Card Kit
This pretty multi-use large easel card comes with nine different sentiment panel layers for the stop panel (plus a blank one) making this kit suitable for a wide variety of occasions, including: Mother?s Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, retirement; sending get well wishes; saying thank you; telling someone you are thinking of them; celebrating someone?s special day; or just sending a friendly greeting.
You can use this card as is or add the optional decoupage layers to the top and stop panels. It comes with it?s own envelope though it is also sized to fit a standard C5 (9x6.5 inch) envelope if you don?t want to make the matching envelope. Step by step instructions are included on each of the sheets.
This kit contains EIGHT sheets to choose from in all:
- a sheet with the easel base with a greetings panel which has been left blank for your own message or greeting
- a sheet with the easel top and stop panels
- a sheet with the optional decoupage layers for the top panel
- a sheet with the optional decoupage layers for the stop panel which includes one of the sentiment panel layers (Happy Mother?s Day)
- a sheet with eight alternative sentiment panel layers (Happy Birthday; Happy Anniversary; Happy Retirement; Get Well Soon; Thinking of You; On Your Special Day; Thank You So Much; and To a Dear Friend) and a blank panel that you can use to devise your own sentiments
- an envelope front sheet
- an envelope back sheet
- a matching backing paper that you can print onto the back of your easel base and top/stop panel sheets if you want the back of your card to be patterned
All the sheets are 300dpi, high resolution sheets, for quality printing.

The sheets were all printed on to matt card. I cut and scored as per the instructions and then assembled the card. The layers were all added using foam pads. A liver ribbon and pearl gems were added to finish
I printed the envelope sheets onto 128gsm. matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and made up the envelope using wet glue & DSST. I printed the card base onto the heaviest card my printer would take, printed the background onto the back of it and then scored and folded it. I printed the other sheets onto 200gsm. matte photo paper, cut out the elements and made up the topper and stopper, adding the layers using sticky pads. I added both pieces to the card and then completed the card with some pearls. Other captions could be - HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, HAPPY RETIREMENT, GET WELL SOON, THINKING OF YOU, ON YOUR SPECIAL DAY, THANK YOU SO MUCH, TO A DEAR FRIEND and Happy Mothers Day. Just let me know.

The easel base and top panel sheets were printed onto 250gsm matt photo paper, with the backing paper printed onto the reverse side, while the remaining sheets were printed onto 128gsm matt photo paper.
The card and envelope were then made up as per the instructions included on the sheets.
No additional embellishments have been added.
