I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut these out. I attached each section to the back of the insert using double sided tape and then I folded the dovetail design as instructed.

I attached the back of the card to the back of the insert using double sided tape. This hides the joins of each section. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
