Instructions are included on one of the sheets, but they really are very easy to make up. The kit has 5 pages : 1) Base (to be printed twice) 2) Decoupage layers 3) Tags and dangle elements 4) Envelope back 5) Envelope front.

I usually add two panels and leave the printed ones on the base as somewhere to write without having to write on a DC layers, but you have the choice.
