CHRISTMOUSE STAR DANGLE CARD
Another of my star dangle cards, certain to Wow the recipient, this one for Christmas with a cute mouse hanging from the middle of the card who will move in the slightest breeze. A lovely card that will be a brilliant decoration in a child's bedroom, or why not a table centre ? Instructions are on one of the sheets and they are much, much easier to make up than they look.
The kit has only 4 sheets (yes, I managed to get all the decoupage onto a single sheet, so very economic for you) : 1) Base (print 2) 2) Decoupage 3) Envelope front 4) Envelope back. The tags read: Merry Christmas, Merry Christmouse, Happy Holidays, Have a fun christmas, loads of love, Have a mice time, With love, Granddaughter, Grandson, Christmouse kisses and two blanks for your message and signing who the card is from. I could not believe how simple and quick this card was to make! Follow the included instructions and the card almost makes itself - even hanging the mouse dangle was easy.
I love the way that the decoupage also comes with the design reversed so that you have the 'front' and 'back' of each one. They are a lovely way to cover the blank back of the cut out edges.
I printed the main design twice on matte photo paper and, as it is all double thickness, the finished design is quite sturdy. I printed the envelope on good quality paper and followed instructions to construct it as well.
