I printed out the front and decoupage layers on C.B's glossy paper and the back and concertina on smooth card,as suggested.

I made up the card following the clear photo instructions using strong DST for the front, DST for the back greeting panel and label.

I decoupaged with thin foam and placed inside the concertina folds. I added a 3D card rattle to the back decoupage layer and added the baby's initials and a bow to the basket.

I hung a 3D card bib ,embellished with a white satin heart from CUP (ref#CC521101), on one drawer knob and added a tiny white satin bow to the outfit hanging up.

I completed with a sweet little 3D stork embellishment to the top right corner. The envelope(not shown) was made from 160gsm paper and put together with DST as per instructions.

An adorable cute shelf card design with a bit of decoupage that is going to my new great nephew, born last week.
