I printed the card base on to super smooth card and the decoupage and envelope elements on to super smooth paper.

I folded card base to make easel card and taped main image to it.I added some glitter and used silicone glue to attach elements to image, and I used foam pads for the stopper on base.

I made up envelope using tape. For an extra special card you could use the envelope front octogan centre as a template to make a box with a acetate window.This is an easy card to cut out and make up.
