Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the front and insert to a white card. Following the concise instructions, DST was then used to attach the message into the middle of the circle, and to stick the topper to the front.

Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. Frosted Icicle glitter was stuck onto the white parts of the Santa hat. A delightful design.
