I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I joined together the inside and outside panels from both sides using wet glue. This allows time to match them up.
When dry I cut the marked areas and threaded the two sides together as instructed thus creating the cascade design.
I added the arches, small envelope, the flowers and the greeting using thin foam tape. A lovely card for a spring birthday.
