A card for a 40th birthday, but could also be used for a 4th or just any birthday by leaving off the numbers.
The background is balloons and the elements are a cupcake with a candle, a cupcake with balloons and a party hat.
In the kit you will get two triangular main card pieces (with scalloped tops), 2 cupcakes, 1 party hat, the numbers 4 and 0, 1 text panel (which says Celebrate), 1 backing paper and full instructions.
You will need 2 sheets of A4 card to make this kit. The graphics are from Diva Designz.

printed onto good quality card and cut out then followed the very easy instructions included with the kit to assemble then layered with foam pads an easy card to make I left off the 40th greeting as I intend to use for a different age
