I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and followed the lovely clear instructions to make up this lovely card.
I finished it off with some glitter although this does not seem to show in the picture.

I printed onto 250 gsm white card and cut and scored where indicated.
I added the decoupage with foam pads and embellished with glitter and rhinestones.
