Vintage Happy Birthday Girls Card Toppers with DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. Using one of the designs in the kit I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double side tape.

I added the balloon using thin foam tape. I added some glitter to the string of the balloon to complete the lovely card.
