Rich Shades a Touch of Nature Frame Effect Card FrontsCompleted by Darlene Handorff

The bright color of this turquoise frame inspired me to use it in some way. I printed on photo paper and the design on the frame came out ever so slight that you could use just about any theme. I used an image that I had copied a while ago and don't know from where. The geisha lady is looking down and to her right and so I played with that by placing a pool of coy fish (old stash) on top of the left side of the frame. I used permanent and water color to color the geisha and to accent. THe frame is adhered to a copper metallic card stock. I used old and new crafting stash to embellish. I fashioned a bonsai from a plastic copper colored Christmas stem, plastic butterfly and ginko leaf, also a little metal mirror was used for the sunrise. I used "gems & lace digital ribbons cup48407_123 for the blue strands on the bottom of card.

I am going to print out another one of these frames and see what I will come up with next. I like to challenge myself. That's the only way to grow.
