The design is for A4 but as I wanted to create an A5 sized card I printed the sheets 2 up on photo paper. I printed too copies of the hearts. I then cut out all the different pieces and assembled using foam pads.

I created a border card base template in silhouette studio and cut it on my Cameo cutting machine using a cream card. I then attached the completed topper to the card. It's a lovely effect for a great design.
