I printed all the sheets I needed onto heavy card. I worked through the sheets one at a time making each element up as directed. I used a circle punch to create finger grips on the lid and two gems to decorate.

This lovely calendar box was much easier than I thought it would be to assemble and well worth the time it took to make.
