I printed the sheets on matte photo paper, then constructed the base easel card and the envelope for the card/calendar according to the tutorial, using a glue stick.

I colored all the edges with a Krylon 18K Gold marker.

The easel stopper was added with thick foam pads and the decoupage layers with silicone gel. I couldn't decide between the calendar insert or the verse, so I stuck the two together and made it reversible.

I put a glob of Diamond Stickles on a piece of paper, then used a small paint brush to apply it to a few of the glittery edges and flower centers on the decoupage-not much.

Put the envelope together with strong dst and this great card/gift was finished.
