I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the design as instructed. I assembled the various pieces and the box using strong double sided tape. I assembled the two larger pieces for inside the box using wet glue.

When this was dry I attached the two pieces to the inside of the box using strong double sided tape.

I add the greeting to the flaps of the box using strong double sided tape. I added the pocket to the front of the box using strong double sided tape and placed the tools into it.

A great card that comes with a matching envelope and will bring hours of fun to a special little boy.
