I printed the box onto 250gsm white card then cut it out. I printed the rest of the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut these out. I scored and folded the box as expected and attached the panels at this stage using double sided tape.

I assembled the box using strong double sided tape. I added the crossbars using strong double sided tape. A quick fun way to make one of these boxes.
