I printed the design onto 210gsm white card and then fed it back through the printer to print the backing paper on the reverse.

I printed the remaining sheets onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut them out. I assembled the box using strong double sided tape.

I added the crossbars using strong double sided tape. I added the elements to the crossbars using strong double sided tape and acetate. Beautiful when finished and it will fold flat for posting.
