Birthday Age Balloon Tshirt Card KitCompleted by Sallys Fidgety Fingers

I printed the sheet onto card and cut out the elements. I needed this card for a 29th birthday so I had to use the balloon with "6" upside down as there is no "9".

I assembled the parts and made up the box.

To finish I simply added glitter glue to the lapels and pockets of the waistcoat and to the letters on the box
