Padded Owl Flag BookCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as instructed. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape and the flags using double sided tape. I attached the flags to the spine using double sided tape as per instructions.

A lovely card and great fun to make.
