Printed onto 190gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the decoupage sheet in each section using 3D foam. I added some decoupage to the inside of each layer to decorate. I added a happy birthday sentiment to the front from my own stash.
I punched a double hole at the edge and threaded a ribbon through and tied in a bow. This makes a special card.
