Garden Party 5x7 Journal BookCompleted by Mary Brunton Handmade Cards

The images were printed on to satin photo paper. The front covers, back covers and one of the spine images were mounted on to Kraft card using DST. The front and back covers were attached to the spine using DST to form a book.

The remaining spine image was attached to the inside of the book using DST. Bakers twine was wound around the spine 6 times and tied in a knot on the outside of the spine.

The pages were folded in half and a piece of Kraft card attached to one side of the page.

The pages were threaded through the individual strands of the attached bakers twine and the unattached sides of the pages were folded on to the mounted side and attached using DST.

The decoupage elements were attached using glue gel.
