I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper, the insert onto 120gsm paper and the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.

I folded the main card and assembled the pyramid on the front using thin foam tape.

I also added the other embellishments to the front using thin foam tape. I added one of the greetings to the front using thin foam tape. I added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
