I printed the front panel, back panel, labels and the dividers onto good quality photographic paper and cut these out.

I printed the lined pages onto 120gsm paper and cut them out.

I scored and folded a small box to place the dividers and pages into and attached the front and back panels using double sided tape.

A lovely gift.
